Community Nursing care is for those participants who require a high level of care. This support exists to meet your complex, clinical and personal needs.  Someone who has medical experience and training can fulfill complex health needs. Specific individuals with the following conditions need this service: 

  • Behaviour support needs 
  • Medical needs/procedures such as ventilation or home enteral nutrition
  • Minimal communication

You can avail yourself of community nursing care services in a community clinic and your home by a qualified nurse. Mates Care community nurses are culturally sensitive, highly skilled, and ready to help. You can assess these services on an occasional and regular basis whenever you want.

Having your private assistant nurse during your stay in the hospital supports you to recover as quickly as possible. Our team of highly experienced nurses, recommended specialist providers, and support staff works together to meet all your care needs. We have registered nurses who will help you lead a healthy and independent lifestyle. They will consult you first and then determine the type and frequency of nursing you need. Our staff discusses with your health specialists, practitioners, and other individuals involved in your care.
